It seems that there is an immense relationship to the power of numbers and the nature of the universe. If we look at the base numbers evident in our numerical system we have 0 - 9 and then we get a repeat of all these numbers put together again in different patterns, to create infinite combinations. We can always reduce any of the numbers back to one of the original 10 digits that make up the foundation of our numeric order. It is very interesting to observe which numbers relate to which principles of existence. According to the principles of sacred geometry mathematics is the language of the universe. There is order to the Chaos.

THE 12 DIMENSIONS
- The original 3 dimensions are the Consciousness of the Creator
Dimension 12 is the Father Creator principle.
Dimension 11 is the Mother Creator principle.
Dimension 10 contains the consciousness templates for the Infinite Universes.
- The next 3 dimensions are Energy
Dimension 9 is etheric, or life, energy.
Dimension 8 is magnetic energy, the primal field of the universe.
Dimension 7 is electric energy, the building block of physical matter.
- The next 3 dimensions are Space, which allows the separation of objects
Dimension 6 is linear separation.
Dimension 5 is circular separation.
Dimension 4 is spherical separation.
- The next 3 dimensions are Motion
Dimension 3 is thought (mental motion.)
Dimension 2 is feeling (emotional motion.)
Dimension 1 is time (physical motion.)
DIMENSION 1st Dimension 2nd Dimension 3rd Dimension 4th Dimension 5th Dimension 6th Dimension 7th Dimension 8th & 9th Dimensions 10th Dimension 11th Dimension 12th Dimension | CHARACTERISTIC The first dimension of space. Awareness as a point. The mineral kingdom resonates to this level of consciousness. The minerals, water and genetic code in human bodies resonates to this level. The second dimension of space. Awareness of point and line. The plant kingdom and lower animal kingdom resonates to this level. These beings are only conscious of their species’ identity and their need for feeding, fighting, and procreation. Live solely within the awareness of the moment. Human second dimensional consciousness is centered in the lower brain that directs the autonomic nervous system to regulate and maintain life support functions. The third dimension of space. Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height and volume. Human beings and the higher animal kingdom resonates to this level. Awareness of oneself as a separate and unique individual – very little awareness of the interconnectedness of beings and actions. The third dimension is locked in a time/space and cause/effect paradigm through the individual human souls. As humans we have the ability to remember the past and the future while remaining aware of the present. However, while using only our third dimensional consciousness much of our past remains forgotten in our unconscious mind and we usually feel a sense of separation from the whole, a feeling of limitation in achieving our desires, and a need to work hard to accomplish our goals. Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height, volume and time. The fourth dimension is also known as the astral plane. The primary consciousness of this dimension is in the astral body, which is also known as the “higher human”. The astral body is of a higher vibration than the physical body and is in a form that is known as etheric. The 4thD is the realm of the unconscious mind. Our fourth dimensional astral bodies possess advanced dreaming, imagination, psychic ability, intuition, magic, and creativity. As we expand our mind to be conscious of our unconscious mind, we can experience more and more of these qualities while in our physical form.At this level, there is the beginning awareness of the Universal Law of One or Unity Consciousness: whatever affects one of us affects of all of us. Indigos carry this awareness, which is the key to multi-dimensionality, and it leads them to be warriors for causes that heal the Earth. Realisation and practice that no one is greater than the other and that group consciousness is the path to the future. We must all cooperate for the good of all to create a better Earth. Awareness of point, line, width and breadth, height, volume, time and spirit. Linear time and space do not bind consciousness here. There is NO illusion of separation or limitation. Instead, there is a constant experience of the One-ness of God/Goddess/All That Is. On the fifth dimension we live in Unconditional Love, Unconditional Forgiveness, and Unconditional Acceptance. We hold no judgement, guilt, or negativity towards the “lower” portions or aspects of ourselves that are striving to remember our “Higher Selves”. At this level, we are free to create new ways of thinking/being/doing through the seeds of unity consciousness. The Christed Child or Magical Child (Crystal consciousness) has access to their magical and spiritual aspects, and a playfulness of life. Life is seen as magical and blessed. All life is directed and advanced through the work of spirit. The person in the 6th D surrenders to the flow of spirit’s evolution while exercising the right to be a creator on an individual level. Fully aware of the nature of the spirited mission of the being. Christed Adult (Crystal Adult) – ready to take on a planetary mission as a “carer of higher dimension consciousness to others,” e.g. through teaching and healing on a big scale or carrying the energy in one’s aura so that others can access it on a big scale. 8th D – Archetypal level of consciousness when the person has full control over the story of Life on Earth. 9th D – Full cosmic consciousness – has full responsibility for stewardship of the planet. The 9th D incorporates the 8th. Has responsibilities at the solar level. Galactic level of consciousness is achieved. Gold ray of Universal Consciousness is inaugurated by being a Full Universal Being – Universal level of consciousness is achieved. You have returned to Source and are in Unity Consciousness with the physical form of your Local Universe. |

It seems to be that there are different opinions when it comes to how many dimensions there are in the universe. Some people say 10 others 11, 12 or even 13.
Personally I think that the 10 concept comes from the kabbalah and the 10 sefriot. With the combination of the 10 sefriots creating the whole which then becomes the 11th dimension. Often the first number and the last number overlap and then that overlap creates a new dimension.
As for the 12 dimensions, apart from finding interesting articles over the internet, I feel that the number 12 is significant for reasons such as 12 months in a year. 1+2 = 3 which is the holy trinity.
The holy trinity multiplied by the four worlds expressed by the kabbalah = 12. Then we have the same relationship as mentioned above. The first and last numbers of the cycle usually overlap, so if you overlap 12 and 1 you get the 13th dimension, which is the next level of consciousness, and that is how infinity occurs.

THE SIGNS AND HOW THEY ARE CONNECTED TO THE BODY
Aries : Head and face, the eyes. Representing the brain faculties and the distribution of mental and physical energy. The energies are often in excess of the nervous and mental balance, and most ill-health has its origins in such things as violent exertion and outbursts of anger. The Aries person should seek poise at all costs.
COMMON ISSUES : Headaches, fevers, neuralgia, eye troubles, eruptions and inflammations, wounds and accidents.
Taurus : The neck, ears, throat, larynx, tonsils. Representing recuperative forces. Over-indulgence and too much comfort lie at the roots of most disorders, but there is also a tendency to brood over troubles which lends force to any passing ailments.
COMMON ISSUES: Diseases which particularly attack the throat.
Gemini : The arms, shoulders, muscles and bones in these, the lungs (including the trachea and bronchi), and the hands. Representing the breathing and those things connected. Nervous reactions and restlessness, form the basis.
COMMON ISSUES : Bronchial complaints, consumption, nerve diseases, pneumonia and pleurisy, asthma and anaemia.
Cancer : Stomach, breasts, solar plexus, diaphragm, upper part of the liver. Representing nutrition. Usually complaints originate in the emotions through some mental irritant, cause nervous reactions and general lessening of vitality. It has been said that nine times out of ten the Cancerian is hurt in health more by others than by himself.
COMMON ISSUES : Affections of the digestion.
Leo : The heart, spine and spinal parts. Representing distribution of vital forces and especially through the blood. Nearly all afflictions tend to arise from over-exertion of some kind.
COMMON ISSUES : Heart trouble, poor circulation and similar troubles
Virgo : The intestines, alimentary canal, lower part of the liver. Representing processes of assimilation and absorption. There is a tendency to upsets of the digestive organs from nervous causes, producing acidity and other troubles.
COMMON ISSUES : Digestive troubles and complaints to do with intestines generally.
Libra : Kidneys, loins, appendix, lumbar vertebrae and the skin generally. Representing the liquid processes of the body. Troubles arise usually from nervous exhaustion of some kind.
COMMON ISSUES : Kidney affections and afflictions to the spine.
Scorpio : The organs of reproduction, bladder, gall, colon and rectum. Representing procreation and reproduction. Breaking down of the resistance through worrying and interaction of others upon the individual.
COMMON ISSUES : Diseases of the parts already mentioned as belonging to the Sign.
Sagittarius : The hips, thighs and the sciatic nerves. Representing the senses, malady as studied through the nerves. Restlessness often causes the trouble; the folks under this Sign are peculiar to accidents and injuries.
COMMON ISSUES : Gout, rheumatism, sciatica, accidents.
Capricorn : The knees, joints of the body and the hair. Representing processes of preservation and reserve of energy. Disease is frequently rooted in inhibitions.
COMMON ISSUES : Skin complaints and diseases affecting the parts of the Sign.
Aquarius : The lower leg (calves and ankles), the teeth and the circulation of the blood. Representing the circulation and eliminative processes. Nervous causes, usually, based on the highly sensitive nature.
COMMON ISSUES : Accidents to the ankles and complaints affecting that part of the body; varicose veins, blood poisoning and some nervous diseases.
Pisces : The feet and toes. Representing perspiration and the lymphatic processes generally. Over-heating of the mind with possibly fancied injuries from others, plus much sensitiveness physical and mental, form the basis for most complaints.
COMMON ISSUES : Influenza, colds, diseases accompanied by mucous discharges and similar complaints.
SUN : Heart

THE AMAZING NUMBER 9
If we take the 4 first geometric shapes of sacred geometry. The circle, the square, the triangle and the pentagon. Each of them are made up of angles. If you add the angles of each individual shape then each shape adds up to a specific an important number. The amazing thing about all these individual numbers all add up to 9
So the triangle is 180 = 9 The square and circle is 360 = 9 The pentagon is 540 = 9
Pythagorean tuning is based on the note 432 and that also = 9

VEDIC PHILOSOPHY ON DIMENSIONS
According to Vedic Cosmology, there are countless universes, which are clustered together like foam on the surface of the Causal Ocean. The universes are separated from each other by the shell that envelopes each universe. Although the universes are clustered together, interactions between the universes are impossible. Each universe is completely protected by an enormous shell. Thus, each universe has a boundary. The universe is ball shaped and surrounded by an eight-fold shell.
This shell is composed of primeval material elements in their most subtle manifestation. The shell consists of eight spherical layers in which each successive material element is manifested and stored. If we penetrate the universal shell consisting of these eight spherical layers, we will enter the universal globe and find a hollow region containing all the inhabited planets.
According to Vedic physics, space inside our universe is multidimensional. There are 64 main dimensions and each dimension is further divided into many sub-dimensions. Since the inhabitants of earth can only perceive three dimensions, their senses have no access to many other realms of universal reality. Therefore, we are unable to perceive many other planets and their inhabitants. Furthermore, there are other planets which we can perceive but at the same time we cannot see their inhabitants.

the wonder of 7
..................................
When considering how many dimensions, or heavens there might be in our universe, we have to look at the significant presence of the number 7. The Vedic Chakra system talks of 7 primary chakra's that ascend from the earth bound reality all the way to the crown, which is the enlightened state of consciousness. In saying that there are also many other chakra's that are not so often spoken about. We will discuss those further a little later.
The number 7 was the biblical depiction of how long it took God to create the earth and everything that is. Therefore once again 7 presents itself as a very important number that should not be overlooked.
Even the Babylonians believed their were 7 layers to the world, reflected both above and below.

BABYLON
2. The northern half of the earth was called the upper, associated with life and light. The southern half was called the under, associated with darkness and death. The South and the Underworld are identical.
3. The upper or northern half of the earth was regarded as consisting of seven stages (tupukati), ranged one above the other in the form of a staged pyramid. The staged Temple of Nippur, according to Sayce, was a model of the Earth according to the belief of those who built it.
4. Correspondingly, the antarctic or under half of the Earth was supposed to consist of seven similar stages. The seven tupukati of the underworld are a facsimile of the seven tupukati of the over world.
5. Like the quadrilateral temple modelled after it, the Earth of the Babylonians was four-cornered. In this particular it agreed with the conception ascribed to the ancient Egyptians, Hebrews, Chinese, and to the Indo-Aryans of the Rig-Veda period.
6. In Babylonian thought there were seven heavens and seven hells. This belief is one of untraceable antiquity.
7. Above the seventh heaven was another, the "highest heaven," that of the fixed stars, called by the Babylonians the "heaven of Anu," after the name of one of their oldest and highest gods.
8. This eighth heaven was divided by the Zodiac into two corresponding portions, an upper, or Arctic, and an under, or Antarctic. At the upper pole Anu had his palace and throne.

THE 7 BASIC CHAKRAS
Chakra Energy Flow
How the Energy flows within the Chakra's is very much a subject of debate. Some say the Chakra's spin clockwise (drawing in the Clean Energies) and then anticlockwise (expelling the damaged Energies). Others feel that the Chakra's just draw in the Energies and spin alternatively clockwise and anticlockwise from head to foot. Irrespective of how the Energies flow, what is important is that the Energies flow freely within the Chakra's, to keep a healthy body.
Blocked chakra's - Each chakra passes through the aura layers and can be affected by the state of the auras. For example, negative emotion can be trapped in the aura and move into a vortex within a chakra, stopping or reducing the Energy flow. Each chakra has a filter, which can also be damaged, stopping the Energy flow.

THE FIVE GREAT ELEMENTS
ACCORDING TO AYERVADA
ACCORDING TO AYERVADA
Ayurveda believes that everything in this universe is made up of five great elements or building blocks. These are earth, water, fire, air, and ether.
Earth represents the solid state of matter. It manifests stability, permanence, and rigidity. In our body, the parts such as bones, teeth, cells, and tissues are manifestations of the earth. Earth is considered a stable substance.
Water characterizes change and represents the liquid state. Water is necessary for the survival of all living things. A large part of the human body is made up of water. Our blood, lymph, and other fluids move between our cells and through our vessels, bringing energy, carrying away wastes, regulating temperature, bringing disease fighters, and carrying hormonal information from one area to another. Water is a substance without stability.
Fire is the power to transform solids into liquids, to gas, and back again. In other words, it possess power to transform the state of any substance. Within our bodies, the fire or energy binds the atoms together. It also converts food to fat (stored energy) and muscle. Fire transforms food into energy. It creates the impulses of nervous reactions, our feelings, and even our thought processes. Fire is considered a form without substance.
Air is the gaseous form of matter which is mobile and dynamic. Within the body, air (oxygen) is the basis for all energy transfer reactions. It is a key element required for fire to burn. Air is existence without form.
Ether is the space in which everything happens. It is the field that is simultaneously the source of all matter and the space in which it exists. Ether is only the distances which separate matter. The chief characteristic of ether is sound. Here sound represents the entire spectrum of vibration.
Every substance in our world is made up of these five substances. All substances can be classified according to their predominant element. For example, a mountain is predominantly made up of earth element. A mountain also contain water, fire, air and ether. But these elements are very small compared to the earth. So, its classification is the earth.
Ayurveda defines a human as the assemblage of the five great elements plus the "immaterial self."

THE FIVE ELEMENTS
ACCORDING TO TAOISM
ACCORDING TO TAOISM
The five elements in Taoist philosophy are : Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water. Each of which either nurture its neighbouring element, or deplete its opposing element. Each of which relate to a series of body functions, organs and emotions.
For some reason, the Taoist philosophy decided to substitute Air with Wood and then add a fifth element of Metal. I don't really understand why they would have opted for this version. It seems that the 4 elements of Vedic and pagan knowledge both included air, with the Vedic notion of Ether as the fifth element.

In Traditional Chinese medicine the main 5 elements extend out to the 5 fingers and 5 toes.
I think this is also an important number to consider that physically we have been given the perfect symmetry of 5 fingers and 5 toes on either side of our body.

: THE FIVE PLATONIC SOLIDS :
AND NUMBERS RELEVANT TO PLATONIC SOLIDS
AND NUMBERS RELEVANT TO PLATONIC SOLIDS
In 2 dimensions, the most symmetrical polygons of all are the 'regular polygons'. All the edges of a regular polygon are the same length, and all the angles are equal. In short, there is an infinity of regular polygons:
In 3 dimensions, the most symmetrical polyhedra of all are the 'regular polyhedra', also known as the 'Platonic solids'. All the faces of a Platonic solid are regular polygons of the same size, and all the vertices look identical, and must be convex. There are only five Platonic solids: in the 3rd dimension.
The ordered number of faces for the Platonic solids are 4, 6, 8, 12, 20
The tetrahedron, with 4 triangular faces:
The cube, with 6 square faces:
The octahedron, with 8 triangular faces:
The dodecahedron, with 12 pentagonal faces.
The icosahedron, with 20 triangular faces:
In 4 dimensions, there are exactly six regular polytopes.
The 'hypertetrahedron' - mathematicians call it the '4-simplex' - with 5 tetrahedral faces:
The 'hypercube' - science fiction writers call it the 'tesseract' - with 8 cubical faces:
The 'hyperoctahedron' - mathematicians call it the '4-dimensional cross-polytope' or '16-cell', with 16 tetrahedral faces:
The 'hyperdodecahedron' - mathematicians call it the '120-cell' - with 120 dodecahedral faces. This one is one of my favorites, so let's see it made of platinum struts attached by gold spheres:
The 'hypericosahedron' - mathematicians call it the '600-cell' - with 600 tetrahedral faces:
Last but not least, the '24-cell', with 24 octahedral faces. This is a denizen of the 4th dimension with no analog in lower dimensions:
In 5 or more dimensions, there are only three regular polytopes:
THE PATTERN THAT EMERGES THROUGH THE DIMENSIONS IS :
INFINITY, FIVE, SIX, THREE, THREE, THREE, THREE..............

Each of the four elements can be expressed in three different styles. These var- ied modes of expression are called the three modalities. Astrology follows the four seasons, which correspond to the four elements, and each of these three-month-long seasons is comprised of a beginning, middle, and end.
- The cardinal modality marks the beginning of the season and the power of initiation.
- The fixed modality corresponds to the middle of the season and the power of sustaining.
- The mutable modality represents the end of the season and the power of change.
- Fire, representing action and creativity, fuels the signs of Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius.
- Water, symbolizing emotions, underlies the signs of Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces.
- Air, corresponding to intellect, is the dominating force for Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini.
- Earth, which stands for substance and practicality, is the hallmark of Capricorn, Taurus, and Virgo.

THE FOUR CARDINAL DIRECTIONS
In the Book of the Zohar, the Four basic Elements are mentioned in the context of the creation of Adam – the first human, referring to the parallels between these elements and the Four Corners of the Earth, the Four ministering Angels (Raphael, Uriel, Michael and Gabriel) and more.

Kabbalah calls these four fixed signs Hayot, or “the Creatures.” They are yoked to “the chariot,” a mystical Kabbalistic code for the vehicle (or meditation) used to ascend to a communion with the divine. These creatures first appear in Ezekiel’s transcendent vision (Exekiel 11:10): “As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man [Aquarius], and the face of a lion [Leo] . . . they four had the face of an ox [Taurus] . . . they four also had the face of an eagle
The four elements form the backbone of all Western mysteries, including Kabbalah. So why do we need twelve signs?

DIRECTIONS ACCORDING TO SANSKRIT / AYERVEDIC PRINCIPALS
The Guardians of the Directions (Sanskrit: दिक्पाल, Dikpāla) are the deities who rule the specific directions of space according to Hinduism and Vajrayāna Buddhism—especially Kālacakra. As a group of eight deities, they are called Aṣṭa-Dikpāla (अष्ट-दिक्पाल), literally meaning guardians of eight directions. They are often augmented with two extra deities for the ten directions (the two extra directions being zenith and nadir), when they are known as the Daśa-dikpāla. In Hinduism it is traditional to represent their images on the walls and ceilings of Hindu temples. Ancient Java and Bali Hinduismrecognize Nava-Dikpāla, literally meaning guardians of nine directions, that consist of eight directions with one addition in the center. The nine guardian gods of directions is called Dewata Nawa Sanga (Nine guardian devata), the diagram of these guardian gods of directions is featured in Surya Majapahit, the emblem of Majapahit empire.
There are strong similarities between the concept of the guardians of the directions and the lore surrounding the Chinese four symbols, four ancestral spirits who are responsible for four of the cardinal directions (North, South, East, and West).

THE 4 ELEMENTS AND THEIR CARDINAL DIRECTIONS ACCORDING TO PAGAN LAWS
Connected to the North, Earth is considered the ultimate feminine element. The Earth is fertile and stable, associated with the Goddess. The planet itself is a ball of life, and as the Wheel of the Year turns, we can watch all the aspects of life take place in the Earth: birth, life, death, and finally rebirth. The Earth is nurturing and stable, solid and firm, full of endurance and strength. In color correspondences, both green and brown connect to the Earth, for fairly obvious reasons! In Tarot readings, the Earth is related to the suit of Pentacles or Coins.
Air is the element of the East, connected to the soul and the breath of life. If you’re doing a working related to communication, wisdom or the powers of the mind, Air is the element to focus on. Air carries away your troubles, blows away strife, and carries positive thoughts to those who are far away. Air is associated with the colors yellow and white, and connects to the Tarot suit of Swords.
Fire is a purifying, masculine energy, associated with the South, and connected to strong will and energy. Fire both creates and destroys, and symbolizes the fertility of the God. Fire can heal or harm, and can bring about new life or destroy the old and worn. In Tarot, Fire is connected to the Wand suit. For color correspondences, use red and orange for Fire associations.
Water is a feminine energy and highly connected with the aspects of the Goddess. Used for healing, cleansing, and purification, Water is related to the West, and associated with passion and emotion. In many spiritual paths, including Catholicism, consecrated Water can be found – holy water is just regular water with salt added to it, and usually a blessing or invocation is said above it. In some Wiccan covens, such water is used to consecrate the circle and all the tools within it. As you may expect, water is associated with the color blue, and the Tarot suit of Cup cards.

THE FOUR DIRECTIONS ACCORDING TO
AMERICAN INDIAN BELIEFS
AMERICAN INDIAN BELIEFS
Honoring the East:
Beginnings, Awakening, Ascension, Vision, Spiritual wisdom
This is where the new beginnings of creation stir at the cusp of dawn. With the rising sun, a dawning of a greater spiritual awareness envelopes us. As the new warmth presses upon us, our own divine spark ignites and we are aware of far more potential in life than ever before. In this spiritually-focused quadrant, the intangible self lives vibrantly and scintillates creative wisdom.
Honoring the West:
Conclusions, Stability, Goals, Foundations, Physical wisdom
When we trace the path of the setting sun, our eyes are left looking upon the earths body. With this earthy, grounded vision we contemplate the material, and the bounty borne from the mouth of matter. In this physically-focused quadrant, the roots of our own bodies mingle with mass - with earth. We understand totality and completion. We also understand the cycles of corporeal return.
Honoring the North:
Illumination, Discovery, Logic, Understanding, Mental wisdom
Science and knowledge accumulated through our life cycles is purified, and trickles from the tips of ice-capped mountains of wisdom. As these streams of knowing move to our awareness, we prepare for Intellectual illumination. In this mentally-focused quadrant, the greatest reaches of our comprehension roll back into us, causing avalanches of deductive reason. Intellectual knowing is processed and crystallized.
Honoring the South:
Empathy, Trust, Faith, Inclusion, Love, Emotional wisdom
A dive into ethereal bloodlines reveals the music of undulating emotions. We submerge into renewing waters where we lean into the cosmic aortic pulse. Each beat of our collective heart mixes our life waters, and we experience whole love. In this emotionally-focused quadrant, we softly feel our way into a greater current. We understand unity. We swim easily within the community, following downstream paths of love and least resistance.

I FEEL THAT THE NORTH SHOULD BE THE FIRE ELEMENT AND THE SOUTH THE EARTH ELEMENT. ASSUMING THAT NORTH FACES UPWARDS : MAYBE CLASSICAL IMAGES OF THE CARDINAL ARRANGEMENT CAME FROM COUNTRIES THAT SAW THEMSELVES AS AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE LOCATED IN THE SOUTH. IF YOU LOOK AT THE WAY THE SUN RISES AND SETS THEN IT MAKES SENSE THAT THE FIRE ELEMENT COINCIDES WITH THE NORTH BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE THE SUN IS AT ITS FULLEST. NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE IN THE WORLD THE SUN ALWAYS RISES IN THE EAST AND SETS IN THE WEST. YOUR HEAD ALWAYS FACES NORTH WITH THE SUN HIGHEST IN THE SKY, AND YOUR FEET ON THE EARTH. IF WE ARE CENTRED WITH THE POLES AND ASSUMING NORTH IS ALWAYS AT THE TOP OF THE GLOBE, THEN THAT IS HOW I WILL RELATE TO THE NORTH.

The First Four Levels of the Subtle Body
These four levels of the subtle energy body are the most important to work with to bring balance and healing to the body, mind, and soul. They are the etheric body, the emotional body, the mental body, and the astral body.
The first level in the energy field is called the Etheric Body; this is the subtle energy body that is closest to the physical body. This is the part of you that carries your vital energy, or chi. When you are ill, your chi is weak. You can strengthen your etheric body through exercise, yoga, walking, and breathing exercises. Yogis know how to build their chi through the breath. By taking short, inhaling breaths, you can enhance your chi, and strengthen the etheric body. If you have been ill, in an accident, or have had some other trauma to the body or psyche, your etheric body may have “holes” in it where it leaks chi. It is a good idea to have this worked with in energy work with a body worker who does vibrational healing.
The second level of the subtle energy body to work with is the Emotional Body. Our subtle energy body picks up and holds emotional residue from others. It also holds energy from your own emotions and can become clogged with low vibratory emotions. There are many ways to clear the emotional body. Clearing the chakras is helpful to clearing this level of your subtle energy field. Here is an exercise you can do every day: when you are in the shower, simply think of the colors of the rainbow. Send these colors down and over you like a waterfall. Each color will correspond to a chakra and will clear it. You can also run you hand over each chakra while in the shower by making counterclockwise circles over the chakra, then rinse the hand (both literally and metaphorically) after each one. After you are done, move your hand over the centers in a fluid clockwise motion, starting at the root and moving all the way up to your crown chakra.
The third level is out about eight to twelve inches and is the Mental Body. This is the subtle energy field that contains thoughts and thought forms. You will want to clear any thoughts that you have created which are negative, or vibrationally low. These may be anxious thoughts, or depressive or pessimistic thinking. Once again, these hold a vibration and they will clog your energy body, eventually creating immunity imbalances. As you may know, form follows thought, and the universal Law of Attraction states that your thoughts will eventually take form. At night, before falling asleep, review the thoughts of the day, beginning with the last and work your way back to morning. Cast out or intend to “delete” those you do not wish to manifest. It also has become evident in health fields that our thoughts have a profound effect on our ability to recover from illness, and hence our health and wellness. Our thoughts and those of others constantly bombard our subtle energy body. We must stay vigilant to our thought patterns and find ways to keep our energy levels high, so that we are not affected by the chaos in the world, or by our own thought patterns and those of others. Make it a daily practice to keep your mind in a state of gratitude.
The fourth body is the Astral Body; this is the part of us that travels to astral realms in our dream time. You may remember dreams that feel as if you visited a place or with a deceased friend or family member. You most likely visited the Astral Realm with your astral body. This area of your subtle energy body contains your karma and past lives. You may know this part of your field is filled with aspects of karma when you are in relationships that aren’t working, or when you are not able to move forward with your soul’s purpose. Clearing the astral level can resolve unresolved issues and karmic patterns and frees you to explore other ways of being in heart filled relationships.

THE MAGIC OF THREE

THE HOLY TRINITY
The magical union of masculine and feminine energy that together brings forth creation. New life, a child is the miracle born of the coming together of the two forces, which once combined make the holy three.

PRIMARY COLOURS
The precious thing about the primary colours is that yellow, blue and red are the fundamental colours that create all other colours.
What we can see from this pattern is that the number 3 is the initial base colour palette. It is then a process of the original 3 expanding itself by itself. Therefor the pattern is an infinite product of the number 3.

YIN & YANG
Yin and Yang Qualities
In a typically poetic way, the Chinese characters for Yin and Yang reveal something about their respective qualities. The character for Yin represents the shady side of a hill, while the one for Yang indicates the sunny side of a hill
In a typically poetic way, the Chinese characters for Yin and Yang reveal something about their respective qualities. The character for Yin represents the shady side of a hill, while the one for Yang indicates the sunny side of a hill
Everything contains Yin and Yang. They are two opposite yet complementary energies. What does this really mean? Although they are totally different—opposite—in their individual qualities and nature, they are interdependent. Yin and Yang cannot exist without the other; they are never separate. For example, night and day form a Yin-Yang pair. (Night is Yin and day is Yang.) Night looks and is very different than day, yet it is impossible to have one without the other. Both create a totality, a complete whole.
This inseparable and interpenetrating relationship is reflected in the form of the Yin-Yang symbol. The small dots within each of the two energies (represented by black and white) symbolize that there is always some Yin (black) within Yang (white) and vice versa. No matter where you bisect the diameter of the whole circle, each half will always contain some Yin and some Yang.
Nothing is absolute with Yin and Yang. The designation of something as Yin or Yang is always relative to some other thing. For example, day is Yang, yet within every day is a Yang part—the early morning, and a Yin part—late day, as it begins to turn to night, which is Yin.

MASCULINE AND FEMININE ACCORDING TO YOGIC BELIEFS
It is said, we have 14 main nadis, of which I’m going to cover 2:
The Ida nadi, which runs up the left side of the spine, from the base chakra and terminates at the 3rd eye chakra (just above the left nostril) and the Pingala nadi, which runs up the right side of the spine from the base chakra and terminates at the 3rd eye chakra (just above the right nostril) . The Ida nadi governs the feminine, left side of the body, which in turn activates the right hemisphere (visual, intuitive and creative) of the brain. The Pingala nadi governs the masculine, right side of the body and activates the left (logical) side of the brain.
Signs that you may have a poor functioning Ida nadi (femine energy): feeling cold, depression, low mental energy and sluggish digestion, blocked left nostril.
Signs of a poor functioning Pingala nadi (masculine energy): feeling hot, quick temper and easily angered, itching body, dry skin and throat, excessive appetite, excessive physical or sexual energy, blocked right nostril.
When the left nostril is dominant (more airflow passing through nostril) it means the right side of the brain is more active and when the right nostril is dominant the left side of the brain is active and this will tend to change throughout the day. This is because Right Side Brain, governs left side of body, which is the feminine side. Left Side Brain governs right side of body, which is the masculine side.

What I find interesting about this picture is that the Torus energy field is essentially created from two source directions. The energy pours in and out of the top and bottom. According to the principle of the Torus this energy does not pour in and out in straight lines that go on infinitely, they move in and out in a spherical movement, creating an infinite whole. Therefor this Torus pattern also belongs in the holy trinity pattern. As you can see there may be multiple Torus flows occurring at the same time, which then changes the patterns again. However if we look at the main sources of energy flow we have the upward and downward force, the flow of in and out.
THE SYMMETRY OF THE BODY
Its easy to identify the duality of the body. We are made up of two halves that make the whole. The right side and the left side. In this mirror image of each side we have two eyes, arms, legs and nostrils. Further than that we have two sides of the brain, two halves to our lungs, two testes, two ovaries, two kidneys, two tonsils, two rib cages. I think it is an interesting observation to see which parts of our body are aligned with the number two and how that might help us understand more about ourselves, how we operate and the level to which we are designed by nature. If we observe the power of two as being duality, yin and yang, masculine and feminine then we might like to see these parts of our body aligned with our masculine and feminine aspects of ourselves. Each half will have the capacity to sense different subtleties depending on which side it is governed by.
